WORSHIP WITH US

We know that visiting a new church can feel a little daunting!
To alleviate some of those fears here's what to expect if you are considering visiting us!

Our weekly worship service is at 10 AM on Sunday morning. Our style is a blend of traditional reformed worship with a casual combination of joy and reverence. Our dress is informal - some folks like to wear jeans and others prefer to dress up a bit - feel free to dress comfortably. If you decide to visit we expect you'll discover a group of strangers who will soon be more than friends - a community who will become your family of faith; a community and church that is accessible to all.

Service begins with a word of welcome and sharing a bit of news about the life of the church. Our services are hybrid - both in person and on Zoom. Click here for Zoom instructions. During worship childcare is provided for children 3 and under while our older children go to Sunday School after the Food for Thought in worship (on Communion Sundays - the first Sunday of the month - children go straight to Sunday School and join the congregation in time to receive the Sacrament).

Our preacher generally preaches on the Revised Common Lectionary texts for the day. The Sunday Lectionary is a three year cycle of four scripture passages for each Sunday and Holy Day of the year. The reading for the coming Sunday can be found by following this link: Sunday Lectionary

During the year we have special worship services on: Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Easter Sunrise, and Christmas Eve. We would love to have you join us this Sunday!
